2018 AGU Fall Meeting

The AGU 2018 Fall Meeting, hosted in Washington D.C., will mark the beginning of AGU鈥檚 Centennial year, and provide a special opportunity to share science with world leaders. As the largest Earth and space science gathering in the world, the Fall Meeting places attendees  in the center of a global community of scientists drawn from myriad fields of study whose work protects the health and welfare of people worldwide, spurs innovation, and informs decisions that are critical to the sustainability of the Earth. This year's theme is "what science stands for."

Important Dates:

  • Session and Tutorial Proposal Deadline: 18 April 2018
  • Workshop Proposals Open: 1 April 2018
  • Abstract Submission Period: 13 June 2018 鈥� 1 August 2018
  • Student Travel Grants Application deadlines: August 2018
  • Abstract and Sessions鈥� Scheduled Days/Times Notifications Sent: 1 October 2018
  • Early Registration Deadline: 7 November 2018
