NEON's fifth data release, RELEASE-2025, is now available for download.
At the end of each calendar year, NEON staff conducts a thorough review of the data, makes any final corrections, and tags data files with a release year and unique DOI, which鈥�supports best practices for citation in papers and publications. DOI URLs will always resolve back to the dataset and are thus ideal for鈥�citing NEON data鈥痠n publications and applications. These鈥�data releases鈥痳emain stable (for all subsystems) and accessible (for all subsystems except AOP) throughout the lifetime of the Observatory.鈥疪ELEASE-2025鈥痠ncludes 167 data products annotated by 134 DOIs.鈥疨lease read the鈥�Release 2025 webpage鈥痶o learn more about the specifics of this particular release.
